    Principal Consultant

    Cissy’s track record of 20 years in HR management has earned her a reputation as a leading HR consultant in the Greater Vancouver and BC business communities.  Frequently quoted in national news and business publications, she specializes in developing and implementing practical HR policies, procedures and processes for small business. As an advisor to business owners and managers on strategic and tactical HR matters, Cissy is known for her straightforward and down-to-earth approach and her ability to talk clients through the most complex of HR matters.

    Cissy is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and holds a Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. She is the creator of the online HR How-To Series for Small Business. Cissy speaks at conferences and trade association meetings, and is qualified to administer MBTI assessments, a widely-used personality assessment and management tool. She was named one of Canada’s Top 25 HR Professionals by Canadian HR Reporter.

  • Andreas Hesse

    Andreas Hesse, B.Comm, MIR

    Director of Operations

    Andreas manages the daily operations of Clear HR Consulting, including handling client & strategic alliance relationships, media inquiries, marketing initiatives, and financial administration. He has 20 years of human resource management experience, working with business owners, senior executives and managers in both the private and public sectors.

    Andreas holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and human resources management from Queen’s University, and has been quoted by such publications as the Globe and Mail, Vancouver Sun, and The Province newspapers.

  • Klaudia Williams, CPHR, D.BM, CPCC


    Klaudia is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and a leadership coach with over 10 years of human resource development experience. She is certified in the use of the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) and EQ-360 psychometric assessments, which are effective leadership development tools that use emotional intelligence competencies as their cornerstone.

    Klaudia is an expert in developing HR policies and procedures, full-cycle recruitment and selection, change management, conflict resolution, leadership development, and executive coaching. Her experience ranges from working with clients at small- & medium-sized businesses expanding their operations, to the federal, provincial & municipal levels of government, and Fortune 500 companies.

  • Annika Lofstrand, B.A, DiplT HR, CPHR


    Annika has 20 years of human resources management experience, ranging from working in the private and public sectors, running a small business, and leading the talent management team of one of Canada’s top employers. She understands the needs of small and large businesses, and how to design, deliver and measure the effectiveness of HR solutions. Her expertise includes employee attraction, retention, engagement, performance management, leadership development, diversity, and succession planning.

    Annika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UBC, a Post-Diploma in HR Management from BCIT, and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources. She serves on the Community Board for Alexandra Neighbourhood House.
